TRounds is a HIIT and Tabata timer available on iOS and Apple Watch. We respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All your data stays on your device.

Data We Collect

TRounds does not collect any personal information, usage analytics, or tracking data. No data is sent to our servers or any third party. All workout data stays on your device.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device to provide its core functionality:

• Your custom workout presets and timer settings
• Workout history (session dates, durations, and completion status)
• App preferences (sound, vibration settings)

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

Apple HealthKit

The TRounds Apple Watch app uses Apple HealthKit to:

• Start and manage workout sessions so the app stays active on your wrist during training
• Save completed interval training workouts to the Health app

HealthKit data is stored by Apple on your device and managed through your device's Health app. TRounds does not read, export, or transmit any HealthKit data to external servers or third parties. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > TRounds on your Apple Watch or paired iPhone.

Third-Party Services

The iOS and watchOS apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The apps do not share data with any third parties.

This website (www.trounds.com) uses Google Tag Manager to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views and traffic sources. No personal information is collected, and no advertising cookies are used. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Internet Access

The TRounds iOS and Apple Watch apps do not require an internet connection to function. All app features work completely offline.

Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data, the app is safe for users of all ages.
